I chose a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of 598 square feet. The apartment is ready to move, which was a huge relief given my urgent relocation needs. The gated community and 24x7 security are reassuring. Connectivity to the Airport Metro Station is also reasonable at nearby, making travel within the city easier. The only minor drawback I've noticed is that the rooms, while functional, are not particularly large, especially the second bedroom. However, for my immediate needs, the convenience and proximity to the hospital outweigh this.
