While it offebasic amenities like 24/7 water supply and car parking, the lack of readily available information on OC received is a slight concern for future resale value. I'm hoping the location in Chennai South will attract good tenants.

We were looking to upgrade from our rental flat and found Lakshmi Ramalinga Nagar. It's a ready-to-move project by Lakshmi Builde, completed in 2014. We chose a 2 BHK flat, about 700 square feet, and it feels much better than our old place. The location in Ramalinga Nagar, Madipakkam is quite convenient, with good connectivity. The nearby hospital is a big plus. The price range of 31.6 Lakh to 33.81 Lakh fits our budget for buying. We appreciate the 24/7 water supply and the maintenance staff. However, the approach road to the project is a bit narrow, which makes driving in and out during busy times a little challenging. Overall, it's a good step up for us.

We moved into Lakshmi Ramalinga Nagar around six months ago. The 2 BHK flat is a good size, around 700 square feet, perfect for us now that the kids have their own homes. Being retired, proximity to Prashanth Hospital is a big relief, it's literally next door. The 24/7 water supply is also a definite plus. Car parking is available, which is necessary. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that’s expected in a developing area like Madipakkam. The price was reasonable for Chennai South. Lakshmi Buildeseem to have completed this project a while back in 2014.

Power backup is available, though, so that's a plus during Chennai's monsoon.
