After renting for yea, we finally decided to buy. Lakshmi Nilayam was our choice because it’s a ready to move property. We booked a 1400 sq.ft 3 BHK. The layout is quite practical and the built-up area gives us enough space. It’s located in Jalahalli East, which is a developing area, and we liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 water supply. The children's play area is a good addition. The price point of 75 Lakhs was within our reach, especially considering the size. We are happy with the overall build quality that Lakshmi Developehave provided. The only slight issue is the approach road to the complex can be a bit narrow and dusty during dry weather.

The builder, Lakshmi Develope, seems to have completed the project back in January 2018, so it's ready to move in, which saves a lot of time. However, I did notice some traffic noise from the main road even though the layout is in Chamundeswari Layout, which might be a concern for some.
