The process with Lakshmi Prasanna Constructions was very clear and they helped me undetand the 1050 Sq.ft configuration properly. I love that the building is Vastu compliant as it was one of my main requirements. The gymnasium and jogging track are great additions for a healthy lifestyle. Everything from the piped gas connection to the 24x7 water supply works perfectly fine. The proximity to the national highway makes visiting my relatives in other parts of the city very convenient. It is a wonderful feeling to own my own space at this price. I highly recommend visiting the site if you are looking for a nice apartment in a developing locality like Poranki.

I looked at a few options in Poranki before deciding on Lakshmi Brundavan. The 3 BHK unit at 1495 Sq.ft is quite spacious which is what I wanted. Lakshmi Prasanna Constructions has done a decent job with the basic amenities like the lift and power backup. It is close to the Gudivada-Vijayawada Road so commuting is fairly easy for my daily work. The price point of around 68.34 Lakh feels fair for this location and the quality of construction seems solid enough for the price. I visited the site a few times and found the structure to be Vastu compliant as well. My only concern is that the parking space feels a bit tight for larger ca, so I had to be careful while checking the allotment. Overall, it is a practical choice if you want to stay in Vijayawada without spending a fortune.

The construction quality is decent for the price, though I did find some minor finishing issues in the tiles which were fixed after I asked. It is a solid investment if you need something accessible and ready to move into immediately.

We moved into Lakshmi Brundavan mainly because it is so close to the Amigos School. Having the kids walk to school saves so much time in the morning traffic. We opted for the 1110 Sq.ft unit to get a bit of extra space for the children. The landscaped gardens and the jogging track are used by us every single evening. Lakshmi Prasanna Constructions has been good with maintaining the common areas so far. My only frustration is the noise from the nearby main road which can be a bit loud during peak houin the afternoon. However, the 24x7 water supply and fire fighting system give us peace of mind regarding the safety of our family. It is a good, quiet community for families.
