The location in Korattur is decent, with Villivakkam Railway Station nearby, making weekend trips easy. We are happy with the Vastu compliant design of the apartments. The price was around 72 Lakh, which was manageable for us. One small issue is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can be noticeable at times, but it's not a dealbreaker.
