The location in Sanna Ammannikere Village is quiet, away from the city chaos. It’s ready to move, which was important for us. The amenities like landscaping and tree planting are a nice touch. Water storage and electrification seem well-planned. We haven't faced any major issues so far. The nearby hospital being a short distance also gives us peace of mind. The area is quite peaceful and the landscaping looks nice. We are happy with the 24/7 water supply and the internal roads are well-built. The only thing is that the construction dust from ongoing work in nearby plots can be a bit much sometimes. We are hoping Lakepoint Buildeaddresses this. Overall, it's a decent option for families.
