I purchased a 1345 Sq.ft 3 BHK apartment for around 63.22 Lakh. The project has amenities like a gymnasium and power backup, which are important for me. The location opposite Velammal Global School is also a plus. The built-up area is good for a fit-time buyer. My only concern is the parking space; it seems a bit tight if you have a large vehicle or multiple caOtherwise, it feels like a safe and well-equipped place.
