The price of 82.3 Lakh was manageable for a fit-time buyer. The developer, Sivasakthi Foundations, offegood amenities like closed car parking and partial power backup. The location in Korattur is developing, and it's good that the project is ready to move. My only concern is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, which I hope will subside soon.
