I purchased a 2 BHK flat, measuring 900 square feet super builtup area. It's a ready to move property, which suited my immediate needs perfectly. The connectivity to major roads like Loni Road and NH 24 is quite good, simplifying my commute. While the apartment itself is functional, the surrounding area can be a bit dusty due to ongoing construction nearby, which is something to get used to. Overall, the location and the convenience for my work were the main deciding factofor me.

It is ready to move, which means no waiting period. The location is decent, with access to both Wazirabad Road and Loni Road. I found the 2 BHK flats, with their 900 square feet super builtup area, to be quite practical for my family. The Shyam Park Metro Station is also nearby, which is useful for public transport. I did notice that the parking space might be a bit limited if you have multiple vehicles, but for my single car, it is adequate. The price point was within my expectations for this locality.

We finally moved into Lajpat Apartment last month. The location in Rajendra Nagar, Sahibabad is really convenient for us. Holy Angels' Senior Secondary School is only about 1 kilometer away, which makes the morning drop-off so much easier. We bought a 3 BHK flat which has a super builtup area of 1150 square feet, giving us plenty of space for the kids to play. Getting onto NH 24 is also not too far, which helps when my husband needs to travel for work. The building is ready to move in, which was a huge plus for us as we didn't want to wait any longer. The only slight issue is that during peak hou, traffic on Wazirabad Road can get a bit heavy, but it's manageable.

It's a ready to move property, and the construction quality appeasolid from what I've seen. The location in Sahibabad is strategic, with good access to NH 24, which is important for my frequent travel. Also, being close to the Shyam Park Metro Station (1 km) is a definite advantage for city access. My main concern is the noise level from the nearby main roads, especially during peak hou, which can be quite noticeable inside the apartment. However, the overall convenience and the ready-to-move status were strong positives.

This is my very fit property purchase, and I chose Lajpat Apartment. I opted for a 2 BHK flat, which has a super builtup area of 900 square feet. It feels spacious enough for me and my needs. The fact that it's ready to move in was a huge relief, as I was anxious to get settled. The location in Rajendra Nagar, Ghaziabad is quite good, and it’s nice that Holy Angels' Senior Secondary School is nearby, in case I need it in the future. Access to Loni Road is also convenient. While the rooms are a decent size, I do feel that the finishing touches could have been a bit better in some areas. Still, for my fit home, it feels like a good start.
