The inclusion of a water softener plant is a practical amenity for the region. The gymnasium and clubhouse are well-maintained. While the overall project seems good, I found the pricing to be slightly on the higher side compared to other options in similar locations, although the quality of construction appeato be good. The nearby Vasco KTC Bus Stand is also a plus for connectivity.

The concierge service is a thoughtful addition too.
