The 3 BHK apartments are quite large, with carpet areas around 2435 Sq.ft, giving us plenty of space. The developer, Lagoo Apte Properties LLP P, has included good amenities like a children's play area which is essential for us, and solid waste management. The location in Shukrawar Peth is convenient, though traffic can get heavy during peak hou, which is a minor concern. The price is around 3.1 Crore, which is a significant investment, but we feel the convenience and space are worth it for our children.
