We got a 3 BHK apartment which is 1650 square feet built up, providing plenty of space for our growing family. The price range between 28 Lakhs and 41.99 Lakhs was manageable for us. The children's play area is a big hit with our kids. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. One minor issue we've noticed is that the water pressure can sometimes be low on higher floo, especially during peak usage times. Overall, it’s a practical choice for families.
