We looked at the 2 BHK apartments, the carpet area is around 421 to 504 square feet which feels a decent size for us. The developer, Joydev Chakraborty, has a few projects in the area so we felt somewhat confident. It is still under construction, expected completion is December 2025. The proximity to IRIS MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL, nearby, is a big plus for emergencies. We are hoping the construction goes smoothly and on time.
