We finally decided to buy our own home at KVR Sri Padmavathi. The 2 BHK flats have a decent carpet area, around 855 square feet, which feels much better than our current rental. It’s important for us to have space for our growing family. The location in Vijayalakshmi Nagar Extension Puthagaram is okay, close enough to the Grand Northern Trunk Road for our commutes. We are looking forward to moving in by September 2024. The price range of 31.29 Lakh to 33.12 Lakh was manageable for us. One small concern is the road leading to the project can be a bit narrow, which might be tricky with heavy traffic. Overall, we think it’s a good step up.
