We liked the 24x7 water supply and the inclusion of lifts. The premium teakwood main door and granite kitchen are nice finishing touches. The area is developing, and it’s good that it’s near the Chennai Bypass Road. However, the parking situation can be a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles; we have to be careful when maneuvering.
