We work in IT and the connectivity via Noida-Link Road is decent for our commutes, though sometimes it gets quite congested. The price for our unit was about 95 Lakh. We were impressed by the amenities like the gymnasium, swimming pool, and the yoga centre & luxurious spa. The Vastu compliant design and the spectacular National Park Views were also selling points for us. The project also has a grocery shop within the complex, which is handy. The 100% power backup and security are reassuring. The area is quite good, close to the F1 Track. The only minor concern is that the built-up area for the 3 BHK, while decent, feels slightly less spacious than we had hoped for the price point, particularly the secondary bedrooms.
