    This is my fit time buying a property, and I chose a plot at KVG Garden. Thiru K V Gopalakrishnan is the developer. I was drawn to the idea of building my own house. The location in Ponneri, Chennai North, is developing nicely. Being close to the Chennai-Kolkata National Highway 5 is a major advantage for travel. I appreciate the gated community setup and the 24x7 water supply. The internal roads are also quite good. The project is ready to move in, which is great. I feel this will be a good investment for the future. The security features like CCTV are also reassuring.

Thiru K V Gopalakrishnan has provided essential amenities like 24x7 Water Supply and good Internal Roads & Footpaths. The Gated Community aspect adds to the safety. My main concern is the dust from the nearby highway, especially during peak houwhen traffic is heavy on the Chennai-Kolkata National Highway 5. Also, the distance to the hospital feels a bit much for daily convenience. However, the Athur Bus Stop is right there, which is helpful.
