I was looking for something ready to move in and KV Satva Shiv Elegance fit the bill. The 2 BHK apartment I viewed was about 609 square feet, which is a decent size for a single peon. The price point, starting from 24.68 Lakh, was very attractive. It's located in Nikol, North East Ahmedabad. The only slight concern is that the road leading to the main highway can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it's only a short stretch. I liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it makes the place feel greener. The presence of a community hall is a nice bonus for gatherings.
