    I bought a 1 BHK in Kuteer Kunj, the super builtup area is about 509 square feet, which is perfect for me. Being ready to move meant I could settle in without delay. The location in Cunchelim, North Goa, is nice and peaceful. It’s close enough to Mapusa (3 km) for all my shopping and other needs. Kuteer Realtoseem professional. One thing I noticed is that during peak hou, traffic can get a little congested on the main road leading to the project. However, the apartment itself is quiet and comfortable.
