My partner and I are looking for a spacious flat in Pune and visited Kushal Vatika Phase II. We were impressed by the 3 BHK configuration with a carpet area of 715 Sq.ft. The view of the national park from the site is spectacular, which is a major draw. They have good amenities like a swimming pool and tennis court. The developer, Kushal Constructions, seems to have a good plan for the project. It's currently under construction with a possession date in December 2025. The only slight concern is the distance to our IT offices, it might be a long commute. We need to consider traffic on Solapur- Pune Highway.

It is under construction right now and expected to be completed by December 2025. The carpet area for the 2 BHK we looked at was around 433 Sq.ft which seems decent for starting out. The location in Loni Kalbhor, Haveli is also okay, close to the Pune- Pandharpur Road. We hope the Kushal Constructions team delivea good quality home for us. It's a big step and we are excited about moving into our own place. The Vastu compliant design was also a plus for us.
