    Getting a plot in Kumari Savya was a good decision for our family. The biggest draw was its proximity to Oakridge International School Bangalore, which is literally nearby. Plus, Spandana Hospital is also right there, which offegreat peace of mind. We are planning to build a 3 BHK home on one of the larger plots, around 2161 Sq.ft. The developer, Kumari BuildeAnd Develope, has included a children's play area and a club house, which the kids are already excited about. It's under construction, with possession planned for September 2027. The main road access is decent but sometimes gets a bit congested. We looked at other options, but the combination of location and planned amenities made this project stand out for us.
