We were looking for a larger home since our family is growing and finally decided on Kumar Siddhachal A1. The 1448 sq.ft built-up area for the 3 BHK is exactly what we need. We liked that it includes earthquake-resistant construction and a decent landscaping plan. Being close to Muktangan English School & Jr. College, which is under 2 kilometeaway, makes the morning commute for our kids much easier. The price point is a bit high, starting at 2.97 Crore, but we feel the space and amenities justify it for our long-term needs. We are still waiting for the OC, but the completion date is set for July 2026.

We saw Kumar Siddhachal A1 last month and were impressed by the modern amenities. The video door security and premium modular switches are nice touches for a new build. The plan for a swimming pool and gymnasium is also a big plus. It's under construction now, with completion expected in July 2026. The location in Bibwewadi is okay, though getting onto NH 66, which is about 2 kilometeaway, can sometimes involve traffic. We are considering it, but comparing prices with other projects in the Market Yard area.

We bought a 3 BHK here mainly because of the location for our kids. Muktangan English School & Jr. College is less than 2 kilometeaway, making school runs simple. The flat size is 1448 sq.ft built-up, which gives everyone enough space. We also liked the idea of a skating rink and a community building for events. The developer, Kumar Properties, seems reliable. The main concern is the traffic around Market Yard, especially during peak hou, which can make getting around a bit challenging. Construction is ongoing, expected to finish by July 2026. The price is 2.97 Crore onwards.

I'm buying this 3 BHK flat in Kumar Siddhachal A1 for my parents back in Pune. Kumar Properties has a good reputation. The 1448 sq.ft built-up area should be comfortable for them. I need them to be safe, so features like fire fighting systems and earthquake-resistant construction are important. It's also good that there's a senior citizen's plaza. The main reason for choosing Bibwewadi is its proximity to essential services. Lalwani Mother and Child Care Hospital is about 6 kilometeaway, which is reasonable. The price starts from 2.97 Crore onwards, which is within my budget. I hope the construction proceeds smoothly.
