I purchased a 1 BHK unit in Kumar Residency 5. The carpet area is listed between 202 Sq.ft to 524 Sq.ft, so I chose one on the larger side for comfort. Being on the Inner Ring Road in Vayusena Nagar, it offegood connectivity. The project is under construction by Deepak Thawani and completion is planned for March 2027. I appreciate the inclusion of amenities like water conservation and rainwater harvesting, which are environmentally responsible. The street lighting and internal roads are also being taken care of. It seems like a solid development for its intended purpose.

I was looking for a compact place that’s easy to manage and Kumar Residency 5 seemed like a good fit. I booked a 1 BHK flat, the carpet area is around 202 Sq.ft, which is perfect for one peon. The location in Vayusena Nagar on the Inner Ring Road is quite convenient for commuting. It’s under construction and expected to be completed by March 2027. Deepak Thawani is the developer. I liked that they have included solid waste management and disposal systems, and also landscaping. My only worry is that the 202 Sq.ft might feel a bit cramped after a while, but for now it’s fine. We've been looking for a 2 BHK for a while and Kumar Residency 5 caught our eye. The carpet area is a good 687 Sq.ft. It's located in Vayusena Nagar, right on the Inner Ring Road, which makes commuting easier. The developer, Deepak Thawani, expects completion by March 2027. We liked the idea of recreation facilities and landscaping being part of the project. However, the parking situation appeato be a bit tight. They only mention closed car parking, and we have a larger car. We hope this won't be a major issue once we move in. The energy management and fire fighting systems are good additions.
