I recently visited Kumar Palaash A2 in Wadgaon Sheri. I’m looking for a compact 2 BHK, and the carpet area of 601 square feet seems manageable for a single peon. The price at 75.59 Lakh is quite reasonable for this location. Kumar Properties is the developer, and the project completion is set for October 2028. What I liked are the features like 24x7 water supply and the gated community aspect for safety. Also, the nearby distance to Nagar Road is convenient. My only reservation is that the 601 sq.ft. Might feel a bit small long term, but for now, it works.
