The price was reasonable, around 36 Lakh. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which was a priority given my urgent need. The airport metro station is also not too far, nearby, which is good for connectivity. Kumar Buildehas been around for a while. The surrounding area felt a bit dusty during my visits, likely due to ongoing construction in the vicinity, but I expect that to settle down. The apartment layout is functional and has good ventilation.
