I recently moved into a 2 BHK flat at Kulshree Deshpande Garden Phase 1. As a single working woman, safety and basic amenities are my priority. The project has 24x7 water supply and a fire fighting system, which are reassuring. It is also ready to move, making the transition smooth. The carpet area is 646 sq.ft., which is more than enough for me. Kulshree Associates has included street lighting, which is good for moving around the complex at night. The price was 65 Lakhs. My main concern is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which can sometimes be irritating. Otherwise, the green spaces are pleasant.
