We were looking for a ready-to-move flat in Pune and stumbled upon KUL Puram in Mukund Nagar. The 3 BHK flats are quite spacious, ranging from 1120 to 1300 square feet built up, which is good for us. The price point of around 1.7 crore seemed reasonable for the size and location. The swimming pool and gymnasium are definite pluses for our lifestyle. We liked the area being close to Gultekdi. However, the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during peak hou, so getting around takes some planning. Kumar Urban Development seems to have a decent track record. Overall, it met our basic criteria for a comfortable home.
