    As a retired professional, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Kubera Anmol Greenz in Shilaj offered just that. It's a ready-to-move project completed in December 2017. I purchased a 4 BHK bungalow with a carpet area of 3064 Sq.ft. The price was in the range of 4.33 Crore to 6.86 Crore. The senior citizen siteout is a thoughtful amenity, and the overall landscaping and tree planting make it a green and pleasant environment. Being close to Saraswati Multispeciality Hospital is also a comfort. However, I must admit the dust from ongoing construction in the wider Shilaj area can be a bit botheome at times. The internal roads within the project are good, though.
