We opted for the larger 3 BHK apartment, and the space distribution is quite practical for a family of four. KSR Infra Projects has ensured that the building is ready to move, which made our transition very quick. The presence of a fire fighting system is a mandatory feature that I am glad they prioritized. One small issue is that the surrounding area can get quite dusty, so keeping windows open all day is a bit tricky. However, the flat itself is well ventilated and gets plenty of natural light, which is something we really enjoy.

KSR Infra Projects has done a good job with the basic infrastructure like the electrical meter room and water disposal systems. My only concern is that since it is near a main road, there is some traffic noise during the peak morning houOtherwise, it is a reliable choice for a permanent residence.
