Having 24x7 water supply and power backup is essential for us now, and they seem to provide that. The gated community aspect adds to the security. It's ready to move in, which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. The location in Bachupally, North Hyderabad, is relatively calm compared to the city center. The price point of 1.08 Crore onwards for such a large flat feels reasonable given the current market.

The location is okay, with KPHB Colony Metro Station a short distance, which is useful for commuting. My only reservation is that the completion date isn't clearly available, and I couldn't find information about the OC received, which makes me a bit hesitant about the long-term transparency.
