We just bought our fit plot at KSK Misty Avenue and it feels like a big step. The 1200 Sq.ft plot size seemed manageable for our budget, which was around 22.8 Lakh. The developer, kumar, seems to have completed this project quite a while back in 2013, so it's ready to move in which was a plus. Location in Byadralli is developing, and it's good that the Hruthvi International School is right at nearby. We are still exploring all the amenities, but the swimming pool and children's play area looked nice. The main concern for us is the travel time to the city centre as it's a bit far.
