We were looking for our fit home and KSD North View caught our eye. We decided on a 2 BHK with a built-up area of 889 square feet. It felt like a good size for us as a young couple starting out. The price of around 29 Lakhs was manageable with our combined income. Being ready to move in meant we didn't have to wait. The cycling and jogging track is a nice amenity for staying active. The location in Puzhal is decent, although reaching the IT corridor takes a bit of time during peak hou, which is a minor inconvenience. KSD Projects Develope& Promotedelivered this project quite some time ago, back in 2014.

KSD North View seemed like a good option because it's ready to move and the developer, KSD Projects Develope& Promote, has a history of timely delivery. My parents liked the spaciousness of the 885 square feet flat. It's important for them to have nearby facilities, and Narayana e-Techno School is nearby, which is incredibly convenient. RelaMS Hospital is also not too far at nearby. The price was around 28 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for a ready property in a developing area. The only drawback is that the OC is not available, which is a bit concerning for future resale value, but my parents are happy for now.

Also, the lack of readily available bank loan options listed might deter some buyelooking for immediate financing. Overall, it's an okay investment.
