My husband and I are teachelooking to upgrade from our rental apartment. We visited Krutarth by Majestique Landmarks and liked the 3 BHK options. The carpet area of 1210 sq.ft. For the base 3 BHK is decent. We are hoping to move in by December 2029 when construction is complete. The location on Mahahi Nagar, Pune Satara Road, is relatively good, though the traffic can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for our daily commute. The price starts around 2.97 crore, which is a significant investment for us, but the amenities like recreation facilities and gated community living are appealing. We are seriously considering this.

The price was within our budget expectations for this locality, around 3 crore. A minor issue we noticed is that the access road to the project can be a bit narrow and congested at times, especially during peak houHowever, the developer, Majestique Landmarks, has included essential amenities like garbage disposal and 24x7 water supply. The construction completion is scheduled for December 2029. We are hopeful the development of the surrounding infrastructure will also improve.
