The price was reasonable for a ready-to-move property. Kriya infrastructure pvt ltd has delivered this project, and it feels well-constructed. The nearby Mettukuppam Bus Stop is useful for occasional travel.

The location in IIT Colony, Pallikaranai is decent, close enough to reach Orchids The International School in about 12 minutes. Power backup is a good amenity too, especially during Chennai's unpredictable weather. The only slight issue is that during peak hou, the traffic getting out of IIT Colony can be a bit heavy. But overall, the apartment itself feels secure and well-built by Kriya infrastructure pvt ltd. We are happy with the purchase.
