We bought a 2 BHK flat at Kriticons Parkway. The 1075 Sq.ft built up area is suitable for our family. It's ready to move and cost us 75.3 Lakh. The location is convenient as Ram Krishna Mission School is nearby, which is manageable. The complex has a good park and a kids play area, which is great for our children. They also have facilities like indoor games and a community hall. The intercom and security guards provide peace of mind. My main concern is the dust on the roads leading to the project, which can be quite bad after a dry spell. Also, the visitor parking can get full quickly. Otherwise, the project seems good.

We just shifted into our 2 BHK at Kriticons Parkway. The 1075 Sq.ft space is perfect for us as a young couple. Being ready to move was a huge factor, and we got it for 75.3 Lakh. The amenities are quite impressive, especially the Piped Gas and RO Water System which makes life easier. Also liked the Landscaping & Tree Planting, it makes the complex look very green. The construction seems solid, and we feel safe with the 24-hour security guards. The only thing is parking is a bit of a squeeze if friends visit. But for daily use, our covered car parking is fine. It's a good investment for the future.
