    I was looking for a place that was secure and had good amenities. Krishvi Bougainvillea in Indira Nagar seemed like a good fit. The location is great, very close to the hospital and school, which is convenient. I bought a 2 BHK apartment which is 1386 square feet built up. It feels spacious enough for me. The building is ready to move, which was a big plus. The swimming pool and gymnasium are nice additions. The only thing is the price point is a bit high, but I guess that's expected for this area in Bangalore. Maintenance staff is available which is helpful for a single peon like me.
