We are teachelooking to upgrade from our rental place and finally settled on a 2 BHK here in Krishna Renaissance. The carpet area of 721 square feet is a good step up for us. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which meant we could shift quickly. We liked that the project has amenities like water conservation and rainwater harvesting, which is important for us. The only real downside we've noticed so far is the traffic noise during peak hou, especially since it's on the main road. Bharati Hospital is about 3 kilometeaway, which is acceptable. Krishna Developedelivered this project some time ago, completion was February 2014.

The location in Ambegaon Budruk is decent, with Podar International School just under a kilometer away, which is convenient. I am a bit worried about the parking situation though; it looks a bit tight, and I'm not sure if my car will fit comfortably in the closed parking spots. Overall, it seems like a solid fit purchase.
