The proximity to Montfort School, nearby, was a major factor for us. We looked at plots ranging from 1001 Sq.ft to 3113 Sq.ft. The prices are between 14.99 Lakh and 46.63 Lakh, which is a decent range. However, the lack of OC availability is a concern for us as we are planning to build soon and need financing. The distance to the main highway is also a bit much for daily errands, though the nearby hospital is convenient.

The key selling points for me were the 24X7 water supply and the garden fencing. It feels secure. Being right opposite the National Cancer Hospital means I can reach my workplace in minutes, which is a huge time saver. The price of 14.99 Lakh for the smaller plot size was within my budget. My only concern is that the OC is not available yet, which makes getting a loan a bit tricky. However, the developer, Radha Madhav Develope, has assured us it's in process. The tree plantation adds a nice touch.
