I bought a 2 BHK in Krishna Meadows for my parents. The 1124 Sq.ft space is comfortable for them. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which was important since they needed to settle in quickly. The price was around 99.46 Lakh, which seemed fair for the size and amenities. The gated community and 24x7 CCTV surveillance provide peace of mind for me, knowing they are safe. The project is in a peaceful area of Chennai. My only slight worry is the distance to the Little Mount Metro Station at nearby, which might be a bit far for frequent use. However, the proximity to Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital is a big plus. The gymnasium is a bonus for my parents' health.

The main concern is the traffic getting out of Govindasamy Nagar during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Otherwise, the amenities like the gymnasium and paved compound are nice touches.
