I chose a 3 BHK, 1500 square feet, for approximately 77 Lakh. The project is ready to move, which suited my immediate needs. Having a club house and a gymnasium is a good way to stay active. The Vastu compliance was also a factor in my decision. While the location is generally good, the approach road for the last 200 metecould be better maintained, which is a minor inconvenience.
