Being a gated community, it offea sense of security which is important as I live alone. The developer, Thiru V Palanichamy, seems to have focused on essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and proper electrification with a transformer. I also liked the provision for solid waste management and the landscaping which makes the place look pleasant. It's ready to move in, which was a big factor for me as I didn't want to wait. The internal roads and footpaths are well laid out. My only small concern is that the street lighting could be a bit brighter in some sections near my plot.

The overall setup as a gated community is reassuring. Thiru V Palanichamy has included a children's play area, which my kids are already excited about. Having 24x7 security and 24x7 water supply are basic necessities that they have covered well. The rainwater harvesting system is also a good initiative for sustainability. The only downside is that the roads leading to the main highway from Nethaji Nagar can get a bit busy during peak hou, causing some traffic delays when we go out.
