Our new 2 BHK at Krishna Ganapati Residency is finally ou! It’s 870 square feet, which is enough space for us right now. We chose this because it's ready to move. The location in Madina Guda, Serilingampally is quite convenient. It's very close to Kendriya Vidyalaya, practically nearby. We also checked out the nearby Citizens Specialty Hospital which is nearby. The developer Krishna Chaitanya has included closed car parking, which is essential for us. The only slight issue is the traffic getting out of Serilingampally during peak hou, but that's common in Hyderabad. Overall, we are happy.

The developer, Krishna Chaitanya, seems reputable. I like that they included storm water drains; that shows good planning. The address is Survey No. 188, Plot No. 33, 34, 51 And 52, At Madina Guda, Serilingampally. While the construction quality looks good, the internal roads leading to the project can be a bit dusty during dry weather. Also, the electrical meter room is a thoughtful addition. It's a decent property for the area.

Location in Madina Guda, Serilingampally is decent, close to Kendriya Vidyalaya which is great. Krishna Chaitanya seems like a reliable developer. They have provided closed car parking. The completion date was July 2020, so it's not brand new construction but seems well-maintained. We are excited to finally own our own home. The area is developing nicely.

Gulmohar Colony Bus Stop is nearby, which is useful. Krishna Chaitanya is the developer, and they seem to have delivered on time. They have provided closed car parking and electrical meter rooms. The only minor drawback is that the parking can feel a bit tight if you have larger vehicles. But overall, we are very pleased with the upgrade.
