Finding a ready to move flat in Guruvayoor, Kuppaayil was my priority. Kripa Enclave offered a 2 BHK configuration with a built-up area of 968 square feet, which feels quite generous for a single peon. It’s nice not having to deal with construction delays. Kripa Buildehave provided a functional space. The location is peaceful, which is a big plus for me after a long day at work. While the area is quiet, I do wish there were more commercial establishments like cafes or shopping centewithin immediate walking distance. It's a trade-off for the tranquility, I suppose. Still, a good purchase.

Kripa Buildeseem like a reliable developer. The location in Guruvayoor, Kuppaayil is pleasant and offea good environment. I am still getting used to the commute to Thrissur city for work, as it takes about 40 minutes. The roads leading to the project can be a bit narrow in places, which makes access slightly challenging during busy times. However, for a fit-time buyer, the peace of mind of moving in immediately was worth it.
