    We purchased a 1 BHK apartment at Kranti Shree Ganesha Park a few months ago. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which suited us perfectly as we didn't want to wait for construction. The carpet area of 430 sq.ft. Is comfortable enough for us. Kranti Buildcon has included some useful amenities like Recreation Facilities and Landscaping & Tree Planting, which adds to the appeal. The possession date was December 2017, so it's been built for a while. The price was around 18.5 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the Nashik market. Access to College Road is quite convenient. My only minor concern is that the OC received status is not available, which is something we are looking into.
