The location in Chennai North offegood connectivity; it's close to NH-5 and close to Jawaharlal Nehru Flyover, which is great for our commutes. We liked the functional layout of the flat. Being able to move in immediately was a huge plus. However, we did find the parking space to be quite tight, which might be an issue if we have friends over frequently. We are also hoping the surrounding infrastructure develops further to match the connectivity.
