  Moving into KR Everready Colony after retirement was a good decision. The peaceful environment here is exactly what I was looking for. It's conveniently located in Kodungaiyur, and I appreciate that KR Constructions has provided a ready-to-move option. It’s nice to be near Velankanni Matriculation Hr. Sec. School, nearby, though I’m retired. The proximity to NH 16, nearby, makes occasional travel easier. The only slight issue is the traffic noise sometimes from the main road, but it’s not too botheome.   We chose KR Everready Colony because of its excellent location for our children. Velankanni Matriculation Hr. Sec. School is incredibly close, nearby, which makes school drop-offs and pick-ups so much easier. KR Constructions offering ready-to-move apartments was a major factor for us, as we didn't want to wait. The area in Kodungaiyur West is developing well. We are also happy that NH 16 is nearby, making weekend trips accessible. The apartments are spacious enough for our family. My only minor concern is that the road leading to the colony can get quite congested during school timings and office commute times, which adds a few minutes to our travel.

  I am buying a home in KR Everready Colony for my parents who live in Chennai. KR Constructions has provided a ready-to-move option, which means they can move in immediately without any delays. The location in Kodungaiyur West is familiar to them. It is very convenient that Velankanni Matriculation Hr. Sec. School is nearby, as my mother volunteethere sometimes. Also, Apollo Hospitals is nearby, which provides peace of mind for their healthcare needs. My only reservation is the distance to the metro station, Sir Thiyagaraya College Metro Station being nearby. Otherwise, the project seems like a comfortable and secure place for them.

KR Constructions has made it easy with their ready-to-move apartments in Kodungaiyur. The location is reasonably well-connected, especially with NH 16 being nearby, which helps with logistics.   Finally found a decent place in Kodungaiyur West. KR Everready Colony is ready to move, which was a huge plus for me. My office is a short distance, considering it's in Chennai North.   My wife and I decided to upgrade from our rental in Kodungaiyur to KR Everready Colony. Being teache, we needed a place that was affordable and close to our school. KR Constructions delivered a ready-to-move property which saved us a lot of hassle. The proximity to Velankanni Matriculation Hr. Sec. School is fantastic – it's literally nearby, making my commute a breeze. We also appreciate being close to NH 16 for weekend getaways. The apartments are a good size, providing enough space for our growing family. We did notice the parking area is quite limited, which could be an issue if we get another car. Nevertheless, it's a good step up for us.
