We were looking for something ready to move in Chennai South and found KP Vishakha. The 2 BHK flats here are pretty spacious, we got one around 966 square feet. It's good for a growing family. The gated community aspect gives us a sense of security, which is important for us as we both work late. Car parking is available, which is a must-have in this area. The developer, Maheswari, seems to have decent construction quality. We checked out the ORCHIDS school nearby, it's only 700 metres away, which will be convenient when our kid starts school. The main thing is the location itself; Sithalapakkam is developing nicely. Overall, it feels like a good place to settle down.

We finally decided to buy our own place and chose KP Vishakha in Sithalapakkam. We moved from a rental and wanted something ready to move. We looked at a 2 BHK which had a super built-up area ranging from 863 to 966 square feet. The space feels much better than our old rental. The Vastu compliant design was also a factor for us. Maheswari has provided basic amenities like car parking and visitor parking, which are useful. The only minor issue is the traffic on the main road during peak hou; it can get a bit congested. However, having Arun Hospital nearby is reassuring. The overall feel of the community is peaceful. We are happy with the decision.
