We were renting a smaller place and decided to upgrade. KP Villas in Sanathal seemed like a good fit. We chose a 5.5 BHK villa, offering 3600 to 6363 square feet of built-up area, which is fantastic for our growing family. The landscaping and tree planting give the community a pleasant feel. Having a children's play area and outdoor games facilities is great for the kids. The only slight drawback is that the road access could be a bit better, it’s not the most direct route from the main highway. However, the 24x7 water supply and fire fighting system are practical necessities we appreciate. The terrace garden is a nice amenity too.

I was looking for a ready-to-move villa in Ahmedabad and KP Villas caught my eye. The size options are impressive, with 4.5, 5, and 5.5 BHK configurations all having built-up areas ranging from 3600 to 6363 square feet. The landscaping and tree planting throughout the community are very well done, providing a green environment. Having a gymnasium and indoor games facilities within the exclusive gated community is a big plus. The nearby Krishna Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospital is also a convenient distance away at nearby. I found the overall atmosphere quite pleasant and the security features seem robust. It feels like a good quality development by KP Sanghvi Infrastructure.

We were looking for a ready-to-move property in South West Ahmedabad and found KP Villas. The 5 BHK villas are massive, between 3600 and 6363 square feet, which is more than enough for us. We love the idea of the terrace garden and the swimming pool for relaxing after work. Being in Sector 5, Gokuldham, it’s relatively peaceful. My only small issue is the connectivity; the Jivraj Park Metro Station is over 8 kilometeaway, which makes commuting a bit longer than we expected. However, the exclusive gated community with hi-tech security gives us peace of mind. The indoor games facility is also a nice touch for weekend fun.

Moving to Ahmedabad with family means finding a safe and comfortable home. KP Villas in Gokuldham offespacious 5 BHK villas, each around 3600 to 6363 square feet. The location near Eklavya School (2 KM) is convenient for school runs. We appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and the exclusive gated community aspect, making us feel secure. The swimming pool and jogging track are excellent for staying active. My only minor worry is the parking situation; while it's available, it might feel a bit tight during family gatherings. The community hall is a good space for events though. KP Sanghvi Infrastructure has put in good facilities here.

Just moved to Ahmedabad for work and needed something quickly. KP Villas in Gokuldham seemed like a good option. The 4.5 BHK villas are quite spacious, around 3600 square feet which gives us plenty of room. Having Eklavya School nearby is a huge relief for my kids. The community feels secure with 24x7 CCTV and gated access. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit of a concern for my patients, but hopefully that settles down. The landscaping is nice, makes the area feel green. Overall, it’s a decent place for a family, especially with the hospital just a few kilometeaway.
