    Finding a home near a good school was our priority, and KP Courtyard is right next to Shanti Asiatic School, which is amazing. We opted for a 3 BHK, around 1730 sq.ft, and it has plenty of room for the kids. The children's play area is a big hit with them. The location in South West Ahmedabad is developing well. We moved in about a month ago. The 24x7 water supply is reliable. We did notice some dust on the balconies from the ongoing construction nearby, but that's expected in a developing area. The splash pool is a nice amenity for the hot weather. The overall community feels safe with the video door security.

The security cabin and video door security provide a sense of safety, which is important for me. Being close to both Shanti Asiatic School and Sannidhya Multi Speciality Hospital is a huge advantage. The price was within my budget, around 45 L. The swimming pool and gymnasium are excellent facilities to have. While the project is ready to move, I noticed that the lift sometimes takes a while to arrive during busy mornings. The unique 3D thematic garden is quite lovely though, a peaceful place to relax.
