    I am buying this flat in Kosher Anandam for my parents who live in Nagpur. They wanted something comfortable and conveniently located in Manish Nagar. The 2 BHK configuration with a carpet area around 1250 square feet is perfect for them. It’s great that the project is ready to move, so they can shift immediately without any hassle. The proximity to Desai Motor School (3 mins) and Ujjwal Nagar Metro Station (5 mins) is excellent for daily needs and connectivity. My parents mentioned that while the rooms are a decent size, the overall finishing could have been a bit more premium, but considering it’s for my parents and the location, it’s acceptable. Kosher Constructions delivered the project on time.
